Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
